That is the strangest photo. From the waist down it really does look like we're seeing her from behind, while we're seeing her front from the waist up.

The pic appears to show that she has detached the lower half of her body and had it twisted through 180 degrees so that her butt and face are now pointing in the same direction - it's a new high-end procedure, all the celebs will be doing it by Summer.
